All the A-list celebs whose homes could be destroyed in LA wildfires as 30,000 are forced to flee area

A wind-driven wildfire erupted on January 7 in Pacific Palisades, California, forcing tens of thousands to evacuate as the flames spread rapidly due to dry conditions and high winds. Within hours, the fire expanded from 20 acres to over 3,000 acres, prompting Fire Chief Kristin Crowley to order the evacuation of more than 30,000 residents.

While no injuries have been reported, several homes have suffered damage. The Los Angeles Fire Department announced on January 8 that the fire remains uncontained.

The blaze threatens the homes of numerous A-list celebrities in the area:

Ben Affleck

The 52-year-old actor, known for Good Will Hunting, purchased his $20.5 million home last July. The 6,200-square-foot residence sits on nearly an acre between Brentwood and Pacific Palisades.

Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson

The Forrest Gump star, 68, and his wife, also 68, may face fire damage to their $26 million, 1.5-acre mansion in Pacific Palisades. Their 14,513-square-foot home features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a theater, and a pool.

Miles Teller and Keleigh Sperry

The Top Gun: Maverick star, 37, and his wife, 32, bought their $7.5 million mansion in 2023. The 6,622-square-foot property includes five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a cinema, a gym, and an office.

Jhené Aiko and Big Sean

The Sativa singer, 32, and her rapper boyfriend, 36, purchased their $5.6 million home in 2023. Situated on half an acre, the house has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a pickleball court, a pool, and a three-car garage.

Kawhi Leonard

The NBA star bought his $17 million, 11,815-square-foot property in 2021. The home features seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a game room, a bar, and a gym.

Eugene Levy

The 78-year-old Schitt’s Creek actor has lived in the neighborhood since buying his home for $2.4 million in 2006. Speaking to the LA Times, Levy noted the intense smoke over Temescal Canyon, adding, “I couldn’t see any flames, but the smoke was very dark.”

James Woods

The Casino star shared images on X showing the wildfire’s destruction in his neighborhood, stating, “To all the wonderful people who’ve reached out to us, thank you for being so concerned. We were able to evacuate successfully, but I do not know if our home is still standing. Sadly, houses on our little street are not.”
