LADbible Group has reached out to the NYPD as well as Michelle Trachtenberg’s representatives for a statement.

Trachtenberg’s acting career began when she was just three years old, making her debut in the Nickelodeon series Adventures of Pete and Pete, which aired from 1994 to 1996.

She featured in multiple Nickelodeon productions before landing a role in the 2004 comedy EuroTrip, later gaining widespread recognition for her performances in Gossip Girl and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

On Gossip Girl, she brought the character Georgina Sparks to life, while in the supernatural drama, she played the younger sister of the titular character, Summer.

Her role in Buffy the Vampire Slayer earned her three Saturn Award nominations and a Young Artist Award.

Beyond live-action roles, Trachtenberg lent her voice to Judy Reilly in the animated adult comedy Human Kind Of, which premiered on Facebook Watch. She also starred in films like Ice Princess (2005) and appeared alongside Zac Efron in 17 Again (2009).
