Meghan Markle fans shut down bizarre pregnancy conspiracy theory after spotting one explanation

As online users continue to spread a wild conspiracy theory about Meghan Markle’s pregnancy, some fans believe they’ve found a logical explanation for a particular detail spotted in a video related to Lilibet’s birth.

Meghan just can’t seem to catch a break—especially when it comes to her pregnancies.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are well-known for keeping their children’s lives out of the spotlight. Their two kids, Prince Archie (6) and Princess Lilibet (4), are rarely seen in public.

However, the couple has recently started to share more glimpses into their life in the U.S.

On June 4th, in celebration of their daughter’s fourth birthday, Meghan posted a curious clip showing her and Prince Harry dancing in what appears to be the delivery room—likely filmed shortly before Lilibet was born.

In the caption, she wrote: “Four years ago today, this also happened.

Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, long walks, and acupuncture didn’t do the trick — there was only one thing left to try!”

During both pregnancies, the 43-year-old faced rumors that she was faking it with a so-called “moon bump” — a realistic prosthetic belly often used in movies and TV shows to mimic pregnancy.

The conspiracy theory gained traction once again after she shared the birth clip. Some viewers claimed her bump looked “lumpy,” and one even pointed out, “Her bump also didn’t move up and down.”

A third person commented: “No woman nine months pregnant moves that way.”

Still, many fans of the former actress stepped in to defend her, suggesting there might be a reason her baby bump looked the way it did in the video.

One supporter pointed out: “No monitor strap belt. Megan had one.”

Another person commented, “Maybe all of that equipment is there, but it’s not connected. The IV is in place but not hooked up — maybe she just needed to use the bathroom so they disconnected everything.”

A third observer pointed out, “It looks like she’s wearing a monitor on her belly, which might be why it looks strange.”

Someone else even encouraged movement during labour, saying, “I’d suggest all women dance, walk, or stay upright during labour — it really helps to work with gravity.”

However, the clip drew even more criticism, with some arguing that such intimate moments shouldn’t be shared publicly.

One person wrote, “Some moments should stay private.”

Another added, “Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are a complete embarrassment to the Royal Family.”
