Meghan Markle is facing backlash once again, with critics accusing her of attempting a “PR cleanup” after sharing family footage from Disneyland—just days after she was widely criticized for posting a video of herself twerking in a hospital room while pregnant with Princess Lilibet.
Disneyland Adventure Raises Eyebrows
On Friday evening, Meghan shared a collection of photos and videos from a recent two-day trip to Disneyland, where she and Prince Harry enjoyed time with their children, Archie and Lilibet. In the footage, Meghan is seen wearing Minnie Mouse ears and smiling as the family explores the theme park and enjoys various attractions.
The children’s faces were concealed with heart emojis to protect their privacy, but that didn’t stop some social media users from calling the post an obvious attempt at damage control following the controversial hospital video.
“Damage Control Ain’t Working”
Online users weren’t convinced by the cheerful Disneyland content. Many quickly labeled it as a strategic move to shift public attention away from the now-infamous twerking video.
