Diseases are caused by acids. 10 ways to improve the pH in your body. Charge with extra energy and vitality!

Many people reading this may have high levels of acidity in their bodies.

This is largely due to the typical modern diet, which is full of processed foods, refined sugars, and GMOs.

What many don’t realize is that high acidity creates the perfect environment for serious illnesses, excess weight, various aches and pains, and other health issues.

Today, we introduce 10 simple, natural things you can do every day to help reduce acidity in your body. On top of that, you’ll likely notice a boost in your energy and overall vitality:

1. Start your day with a smile—and a big glass of water with freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Even though lemons seem acidic, they actually have the opposite effect on the body.
This is one of the best ways to naturally cleanse your system first thing in the morning.

An alternative: mix one or two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar into a glass of water (250 ml) and drink it.

2. Eat more green salads with fresh lemon juice and quality olive oil.

Leafy greens and fruits are some of the best sources of alkaline minerals like calcium.
They help maintain your body’s pH balance and keep you feeling balanced and energized throughout the day.

3. Make raw, unsalted almonds part of your breakfast.

Almonds are packed with minerals like magnesium and calcium that help balance acidity and stabilize blood sugar at the same time.

4. Drink almond milk or make a healthy smoothie with added greens.

When choosing between almond milk and cow’s milk, almond milk is the better option for reducing acidity.

5. Get moving—go for a walk or do some form of exercise.

Staying active is essential. Physical activity helps your body eliminate excess acid more efficiently.

6. Practice deep breathing.

Ideally, find a place with fresh, oxygen-rich air and go there as often as possible.
While you’re there, drink plenty of water—every day—to flush out excess acidity.

7. Cut back on meat.

Try going without meat for a few days (of course you can!).
Too much meat in your diet increases acidity.
There are tons of delicious vegetarian recipes online. Try mixing it up!

8. Avoid drinking tap water.

Just one glass of tap water can require over thirty glasses of mineral water to neutralize its acidic effects!

9. Eat more vegetables.

But be careful—potatoes don’t count! Sweet potatoes are a good option, but don’t cook them in sunflower oil.

If you must, use olive oil or sprinkle them with Himalayan salt before baking.
Peppers, asparagus, zucchini, eggplant, and other veggies are all great choices.

10. And finally, add Brussels sprouts to your daily meals.

They have a strong alkalizing effect and are packed with nutrients that nourish the body.
