Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter Dies At 100 In Front Of His Family – His Son Speaks Out

Jimmy Carter, the 39th President of the United States and recipient of the 2002 Nobel Peace Prize, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 29, 2024, at the age of 100. Surrounded by his family at his home in Plains, Georgia, Carter leaves behind a legacy as the longest-living president in U.S. history.

He is survived by his four children—Jack, Chip, Jeff, and Amy—along with 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosalynn, and one grandchild.
