Huge blow to hopes of Prince William and Harry reconciliation – ‘five percent chance’

Prince Harry and Prince William have been at loggerheads for some time, but what chance do they have of reconciliation in the near future?

The chance of a reconciliation between Prince William and Prince Harry appears to be dashed by recent odds of events.

The two brothers have been feuding for some time, especially since Harry’s decision to step down as a senior working royal at the start of 2020.

The Duke of Sussex has since used his new status as a non-working royal to attack the Royal Family in various interviews, his bombshell memoir and controversial Netflix series.

The former working royal has taken a lot of his anger out on his brother, William – even making comments about the Princess of Wales – with such attacks adding more fuel to the fire and seemingly making any chance of reconciliation impossible.

As reported by casinos.com, the ‘implied probability’ that Harry will meet with his brother stands at just five percent.

Although their relationship appears highly fractured, the chance that Harry will meet with his father stands significantly higher at 60 percent.

Prince Harry has made several visits to the UK this year, with him not making any time to see his brother – but he did meet his father back in February.

Following news of the King’s cancer diagnosis on February 5, Harry publicly revealed that he was to travel to meet his father – and did so just one day later.

Harry, however, has not met William during any of his recent visits, with one expert recently saying that the Duke “doesn’t really exist” to William.

Speaking to Times Radio last month, royal expert Jennie Bond dismissed speculation about a possible reunion between the pair as she claimed William “has no room” right now to focus on reuniting with Harry.

She added that this is mainly down to the his wife’s cancer diagnosis and her recovery – as well as caring for their three children, Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6.

Ms Bond said: “I think William has enough pressure on his heart and his head with his wife undergoing cancer treatment and his father, and the big job, and his kids, I don’t think he’s got room in his soul to worry about his estranged brother.

“For all intents and purposes, William has disowned Harry.”

Harry had been expected to reunite with his father during his brief return to the UK last month, however he wasn’t able to meet his father due to Charles’ “full programme”.

It remains unknown when Harry last met with William.

Prince Harry now resides in the US with his wife Meghan Markle and their two children, Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3.
