9 Things Women Think When They M.ake Lo.ve

Part 1 of 2

In any romantic relationship, both partners want to please each other—that’s what keeps the spark of love alive. Love has long fascinated poets and writers because it’s anything but simple. The person we dream of being one with may still be holding onto a few secrets.

And let’s face it, none of us can read minds or predict the future. Still, curiosity often gets the best of us, especially when it comes to what our partner is thinking during intimate moments. Luckily, a survey by the Women’s Health website, involving 2,500 women, gives us a peek into that secret world. So, gentlemen, here’s your chance to find out what’s really going through her head in bed.

Here are 9 things women commonly think during sex:

“Wow, his arms are really muscular!”
Physical attraction plays a big role in sexual chemistry. When we’re emotionally involved with someone, we tend to see them through rose-tinted glasses. In fact, 30% of women said they’re especially drawn to their partner’s muscular arms, more so than shoulders (25%) or abs (just 6%).

“But on the other hand, his breath smells of cheese…”
After a romantic dinner, not everyone remembers to freshen up before things heat up. Some women admit that bad breath crosses their mind during sex—and it can totally kill the mood. So guys, don’t forget to brush before the lights go out.

“Hmmm, what will he do to my pretty butt?”

Even though some women may hesitate to talk dirty, that doesn’t mean they aren’t thinking about it. Many have bold fantasies and are curious about what their partner might do next. They also mention they love hearing their man moan—so don’t be shy about letting a few sounds slip.

“Spend more time on my nipples. Please!”
Sometimes, men can be a bit too quick to move on. But nipples are one of the most sensitive areas of a woman’s body, activating pleasure zones similar to those stimulated during vaginal or clitoral touch. Four out of ten women said nipple play is a must for great foreplay.
