When he passed away in 2021, reports stated that Ms. Kurland inherited US$250 million (A$386 million).
Since his split with Meghan, Mr. Engelson’s own business has flourished as well.
He now runs a management and production company called Underground, based in Beverly Hills, which was behind the hit TV show Snowfall.
The couple also shares two young daughters, adding to Mr. Engelson’s new-found enthusiasm for life.
“When I saw him recently, he kept going on about how he’s the happiest he’s ever been, how he loves being a dad and how he’s never felt more fulfilled,” a source shared.

The same source revealed that Mr. Engelson was “crushed” when his marriage to Meghan ended last decade.
“He’s a good guy but Meghan crushed him when she demanded a divorce,” the insider shared.
“When she got involved with Prince Harry, it was like a second blow to him because the constant media attention around their marriage and the drama from the Oprah interview kept reminding him of her.”
Mr. Engelson and Meghan first met in a Hollywood bar back in 2004 and dated for seven years before tying the knot in 2011.
