During the conversation, Meghan also gave listeners a glimpse into her family life.
“I’m happy, and the kids are healthy and H [Prince Harry] is great,” she said.
Even with her professional achievements, she emphasized that it’s her family who truly “fill up” her “cup.”

Reflecting on the intense media scrutiny she’s endured in recent years, Markle noted that she has only read “1%” of what’s been written about her.
She said: “We spend so much of our lives trying to prove something. To prove that you’re enough. You have to prove that you’re pretty enough. You have to prove that you’re smart enough.
“I’m just so done with the prove it game. And if you can’t see it, I can’t, I don’t need to prove to you why. That’s your loss.”
She continued: “Because I know that I’m a great friend, and I know the kind of mom I am, and I know the kind of human being I am.”
Host Jamie Kern Lima responded with praise, describing Markle as “the most generous friend” and someone who “shows up for your friends.”
